Crazy about cameras....and pork pies.
I do like a pork pie, especially the ones with a little bit of pickle in, lovely! But I like cameras more, and I love creating images. Images that freeze a moment in time that can never be repeated, that families can look back on with joy for years to come.
I got my first proper camera aged 13, and I've not really put one down since. By the time I was 16 and ready to leave school I knew that photography was to be my chosen career. I hassled every photographer in the Bournemouth Yellow Pages and thankfully one took pity on me and offered me a job, I was in...and there was no stopping me!!
Over the years I have gained valuable experience working with great photographers and stylists, and enjoyed many commercial photoshoots all over the world.
I've been a qualified member of The British Institute of Professional Photography since 1999.
More recently I have delved into the world of moving images which has been very exciting, but I still love the feeling when I know I have captured that one moment in time as a still image.
Some say "never work with children or animals", I do both. Often at the same time.
So if you would like me to capture your cherished moments, contact me today!
In April 2016 & 2018 I took on the huge challenge of running the London Marathon raising over £4000 for two great children’s charities, Phab-Kids & Whizz-Kidz. Thank you to everyone who supported me :)
